We have a large selection of cardiovascular machines from treadmills, cross-trainers and steppers (all with integrated TV screens) to Concept 2 rowing machines, summit trainers and Power Plate.

In addition our strength and resistance equipment is the top of the Life Fitness range and the gym also hosts an excellent free weights area.

Qualified gym staff are always on hand to help you with any queries you may have and to improve, advise on and assist with your training objectives.
