Studio
Our studio offers classes to suit all ages and levels of fitness
and the variety of these shows our commitment to keeping the programme
fresh and interesting for our members. Classes are a fantastic
way both to get and stay fit and further to help with your motivation – if
you haven’t tried one yet, you might not believe just how
hard you’ll try to match your neighbour’s effort level!
Working out in a group is fun and we see lots of returning faces
week-in, week-out.
Although North Gailes health club & spa is the only official
Spinning® centre in Ayrshire, our classes don’t
start and end with bike work. We also offer yoga, Body Combat,
seniors only sessions, Pilates and a host of others – just click the link on the
right of this page to see our up-to-date studio timetable.
Almost all of our classes are complimentary to members who also enjoy
booking priority but spaces can sometimes be available for non-members.
