With the installation of the new VIVO system, our gym facilities have been catapulted to the top of the ladder in Scottish fitness. The gym features truly exceptional equipment from Life Fitness, the world’s leading fitness industry supplier, together with great views across the golf course and a fantastic audio-visual system which enables you to work out in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

We have a large selection of cardiovascular machines from treadmills, cross-trainers and steppers, all with integrated TV screens, to Concept 2 rowing machines. In addition our strength and resistance equipment is the top of the Life Fitness range and the gym also hosts an excellent free weights area.
