North Gailes is the ideal venue for hosting events for individual, society and corporate needs. With a combination of excellent service, outstanding food and all of the great leisure facilities that the club has to offer you can be assured of a day to remember for clients, friends or family.

Special days

North Gailes plays host to weddings, christenings and birthday parties. Our private dining room is attached to the restaurant and can comfortably accommodate 40 for a fully serviced, seated meal. In addition the adjacent restaurant can be reserved for larger parties, taking capacity to almost 100 guests in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Entertainment can easily be arranged for any event and, by using other parts of the club’s facilities from driving range or golf competitions to pampering sessions in the salons, you can add a memorable difference to your day. The surrounding area offers a wealth of hotels and accommodation and our team will be happy to suggest possibilities.

A number of societies choose to take advantage of both the excellent dining standards at The Fig Tree and the club’s relaxed feel to provide an ideal venue for their group or society’s functions.

Office parties & dinners

The Fig Tree is one of Ayrshire’s leading venues for office parties and evenings out. At Christmas time we offer a fun and relaxed alternative to some of the more frenetic competition: our focus is on providing personal service, a festive atmosphere in which it’s possible to hear your colleagues’ conversation and, especially, on freshly-prepared, high-quality food.
